Several months ago the board of directors approved adding a covered area at the east end of the clubhouse to store firewood for the club's fireplace. It took a little while to determine what Clackamas County permits might be required, and to decide on the final form of the covered space.
Once the information was obtained and the decisions made, Dennis Kenagy took the project in hand. Dennis scrounged most of the materials needed, and the rest were purchased from Canby Builders Supply. Dennis did the construction himself in one day, leaving a few small items, like nailing on the hurricane straps, for the work party on Saturday. When you see Dennis, thank him for the work he put into this project.
