While most of the porch roof repair was done during work party #3, we also had the help of one of our regular non-member trap shooters. Don Clarkson donated the steel he used to make the braces to hold up the porch roof beams, and he also brought his portable welder and did the welding as well. Please thank Don when you see him on Tuesday evenings.
Several people have commented on the new lawn on the south side of the clubhouse since the work was done in work party #2 this year. It is a substantial improvement over the bumpy and weedy grass that was there. One of the major reasons for the greatly improved appearance is that the whole lawn was hydro-seeded a few weeks ago.
