Membership Card and Ticket Mailing

The annual meeting will occur on Saturday evening, 1/14/06, and the drawing for the various prizes of the annual fund raiser will take place at the meeting.  If a payment for 2006 membership dues, or for tickets for the annual fund raiser, is received before noon on Friday, 1/13/06, then the membership card and tickets (if purchased) will be mailed to the club member Friday evening.  If a payment for dues or tickets is received by mail on Saturday, before the annual meeting, the card and tickets (if any) will be put in the mail on Monday, 1/16/06.

Please note that any tickets for the annual fund raiser which are purchased by mail on or before noon on Saturday, 1/14/06, will be preprinted with the member's name and telephone number, and the ticket stubs will be placed in the drawing.  If payments for annual fund raiser tickets are received by mail after the drawing, the amount of the purchase will be refunded to the purchaser.

Unmailed membership cards for those members who have already paid their 2006 dues may be picked up at the annual meeting.  Members may pay their 2006 dues and purchase tickets to the annual fund raiser at the clubhouse before the start of the annual meeting, and may pick up their membership card and tickets at the same time.

Members who mail their 2006 dues payments after the annual meeting will receive their membership cards by return mail.
