Annual Meeting 2003

The Club's Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, 18 January 2003, at the clubhouse.  The doors will open at 6:00 PM, and the meeting will start at 7:00 PM.  A scrumptious meal will be served after the meeting.  There will be a raffle and door prizes, and plenty of time to socialize with other members.

There will be at least two people at tables inside the door who will sell tickets for door prizes and raffle items.  Tickets for the annual fund raiser raffle can also be purchased there.  Bob Yow will also be at a table to accept 2003 membership dues from those who have not yet paid them.

The meeting agenda is:

• Salute to the flag
• Reading of 2002 annual meeting minutes by Chris Vaughn
• Treasurer's report by Bob Yow
• Moment of silence for deceased members: Jim Bany, Bob Bany, George Doty, Bill Newby, Russ Rutherford

  • Adoption of proposed bylaws

• Adjourn official meeting
