Work Party #4, 2012

Work party #4 started out slow, and gained momentum through about 9:30 AM as more members arrived.  The overcast sky and coolish temperatures probably helped the energy of the members at the work party, as we got more work done than we originally thought we might.  Lunches came from Ebner's and we raided the refrigerators for beverages during lunch.  The following is the list of tasks accomplished:

• Serviced the trap machines.
• Raked and vacuumed wads.
• Mowed the trap and RV areas.
• Repaired the Massey Ferguson tractor.  Twice.
• Cut and disposed of low hanging limbs along the entrance to the club.
• Created a rough stair up the 100 yard impact area to help with maintenance.
• Hung the gongs for the 200/300 yard shooters, and inspected the steel posts which were shot by imbeciles on the 200 and 300 yard range before the gongs were hung.
• Made more target frames for the 100 yard targets.
• Sandblasted and painted flag pole.  Dan Stevens loaned his sand blaster for flag pole project.
