Work Party #2, 2012

Work party #2 was a relatively small group, even with the nice weather.  The Spring clean-up tasks continued, and the club looks good.  More work is scheduled on the interior to finish laying tile, move the stove back in place, and install new windows.  The following is the list of tasks accomplished:

• General clean up of the grounds and all ranges.
• Chipping of brush and limbs along main road, and cutting more overhanging limbs as the work party moved south along the road.
• Raked wads and sucked them up with the Billy Goat - a real improvement in maintaining the trap area.
• Serviced the trap machines.
• Loaded traps 1 - 4 with targets.
• Continued mowing on the trap area.
• Moved stove to start laying ceramic tile.
• Started putting tile up on wall and on floor under the stove.
• Hauled in two air conditioners to be installed later.
• Cleaned up shrubbery and plants at entrace to the club.
• Filled potholes and did minor grading of parking lot and road gravel.
