Work Party #1, 2006

Work party #1, as usual, centered around the maintenance that needed to be done when winter ends.  At that, we still did not address any building structural issues, which we will probably make a start on in work party #2.  We did, however, get the following done:

• Cleaned up the 50 and 100 yard ranges.
• Replaced the target cable on the west 50 yard range.
• Picked up fallen limbs from the trees in the park and around the clubhouse.
• Cleared and weeded the shrubbery on the south side of the clubhouse.
• Put together the carts for the five stand traps, and fixed the two-wheeled hand trucks.
• Cleaned the office in the clubhouse.
• Replaced two signs at the clubhouse.
• Raked wads on traps #1 and #2.
• Replaced the battery in the tractor.
• Did maintenance on all of the traps.
• Moved the singles and doubles traps in preparation for Spring League and the installation of the five stand traps.
• Burned trash.
