The CRGC Swap Meet has been scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2009, the first public sight-in day for hunters. The swap meets may have about anything you need for hunting, fishing, or campling. Get into your closet and dig out that new or used sportsman's gear and reserve a table. Then look to see what everyone else has, and do a little trading, or just buy and sell.
You can reserve a table for a mere $5.00. Members will be admitted at 8:00 AM when showing their current CRGC membership card. The swap meet will be open to the general public at 9:00 AM.
To reserve a table call Dan Postlewait at the club at 503-266-2453. If you wish to e-mail your registration you may do so by sending a message to the club at crgc@canby.com. Reserve your table as we may get good participation, and have a limited number of tables. Table reservation money will be collected the morning of the swap meet.
If it becomes necessary because of the number of firearms at the swap meet, or if a seller just wishes to use the service, one of CRGC's FFL holders will be at the swap meet and will be able to provide the ATF forms and perform a background check that day. The cost for a background check is still $15.00.
