OHA Youth Day

On Saturday, April 30, 2011, the Pioneer Chapter of the Oregon Hunters Association (OHA) will hold their Youth Day at CRGC.  The activities will begin at 9:00 AM, and run until 2:00 PM.  Activities will include clay target shooting with shotguns, and beginning archery.  There will be a raffle for a youth 20 gauge shotgun.  There will also be door prizes and lunch.

A parent or legal guardian must be present and all youth shooters participating are required to attend an orientation/instruction class to be held before shooting begins.  Eye and ear protection is required at all times by all shooters, and will be provided along with a shotgun, and ammunition.  Coaches will be available for one on one instruction.

The costs are:

• $10.00 Youth range fee, which includes lunch
• $15.00 for instruction for the Boy Scouts' Shotgun Merit Badge.  Lunch is included with the fee.
• $5.00 for lunch for any attendees and spectators not included in one of the first two fees.
