The member cards for those members who had paid their dues or purchased fund raiser tickets on or before 12/21/08 were mailed with the notice of the annual meeting during the week of 12/22/08. The next batch of cards for those who have paid their dues between 12/22/08 and 01/10/09, inclusive, will be mailed on Monday, 01/12/09, so they will arrive in time for the annual member meeting on 01/17/09.
A third batch of cards will be mailed on Monday, 01/19/09, for those members who paid their dues between 01/11/09 and 01/18/09, inclusive. The fourth batch of cards for those who pay their dues between 01/19/09 and 01/31/09 will be mailed on 02/02/09.
The delinquent members - those who have not paid their dues on or before 01/31/09, or who have not made other arrangements - will receive a mailing regarding their delinquent status and to notify them of the $25 late fee. There will be two membership card mailings in February to those who pay their delinquent dues. Members who do not pay their dues on or before 02/28/09, or who have not made other arrangements, will be dropped from membership on 03/01/09.
