Annual Meeting and Raffle

The 117th annual meeting of Canby Rod and Gun Club will take place Saturday evening, 15 January 2005, at the clubhouse.  The doors will open at 6:00 PM, and the meeting will start at 7:00 PM.  Food will be served after the meeting.  This meeting is for members only; no spouses or guests are invited.

Don't forget to pick up your door prize ticket when you enter the clubhouse.  You will be able to pay your 2005 dues before the meeting starts.  If you have already paid your dues, there will be no need to stand in line.  You may also purchase tickets for the fund raiser drawing that will happen later in the evening, and for other items which will be raffled off.

Be sure to bring all of your rod and gun trophies taken in 2004.  Tags must be attached.  There will be cash prizes for three winners in each of ten trophy categories:  bull elk, spike elk, mule deer, black tail deer, pheasant tail, turkey beard, spring chinook, fall chinook, steelhead, and trout.  We are having a skunk drawing again this year, so bring your unused 2004 game tags for this drawing.  If you have any questions regarding the drawing, call Loy Russell at 503-678-2235.
